Job Description:

Do you have business development management or senior sales executive experience, and are you looking for a six-month contract in London? Aquent is helping a large tech company find an Administrative Business Partner, and the role comes with a salary of £53k+. The role is offered on a hybrid working basis, Tuesday to Thursday onsite, and Monday and Friday remote.


As a flexible and inclusive Business Partner, you will be supporting Directors in building the next generation of customer solutions advertisers at scale through partnering with and integrating the firm's advertising products into the largest platforms globally.


In this busy role, you will handle diverse tasks including the following:

  • Continually monitor Directors' exceptionally busy calendars, scheduling meetings, often with multiple stakeholders, and across multiple time zones

  • Manage complex international travel in a timely manner in order to protect the travel budget

  • Manage expenses and act as a delegate, approving expenses on behalf of Director’s Direct Report

  • Handle facilities coordination, space planning management and event management.


To apply for this business development role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience supporting executives who work globally. You will also require the following:

  • 5+ years in the Administrative field

  • Experience with calendar management, high-volume scheduling, scheduling and budgeting of events

  • Comfortable leading small to medium-sized projects and managing teams.


In return for your knowledge and expertise, you will receive a favourable salary of £53,809 and will be eligible for the company bonus plan.
