It offers an excellent hourly rate of £33-£38 and the chance to be part of a welcoming and diverse workplace culture.

As a flexible Shorts Trends Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape and improve the understanding of the company, viral internet culture, trending music, memes and short-form video content. You will manage efforts around popular trends, channels and videos and develop programming strategies with a focus on short-form videos and hashtags.

In your first few weeks in this Shorts Trends Manager role, you can expect to:

 Manage a global programming coordination effort, reviewing and organising popular videos and trends each day while considering complex policies and considerations
 Assess and make decisions about the appropriateness of different content for various audiences and provide an expert view on cultural sensitivities
 Be an expert on the latest memes, hit songs, and content trends, daily tracking breakout hashtags and creators
 Leverage data to analyse the audience, encourage programme strategies and support marketing and communication initiatives with culture and trends research

To apply for this shorts trends management job, you will need a BA or BS degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
