Aquent is looking for a collaborative and experienced Executive Assistant to join our client's friendly and inclusive team. This full-time contract Assistant role is based in London and offers an attractive salary of up to £49,816 and the opportunity to be part of a positive and diverse workplace culture.


As a flexible Executive Assistant, you will support 2-3 Directors. This will require you to be a masterful problem-solver and an organisational force with the ability to handle complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. This position is 5 days in the office with 40 hours per week and the possibility for overtime.


To give you an idea of how this Executive Assistant role will look and feel, these are some things you can expect to do:

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives

  • Manage hectic and complex calendars

  • Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements

  • Prepare large offsite and onsite events and meetings


To apply for this Assistant job, you will need 4+ years of providing complex calendar management, travel, and expense reports for one or more executives and a BA/BS degree is preferred. You will also need experience prioritising multiple projects and exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Google Suite.
