As a flexible Creative Business Partner/Producer, you will play many key roles - liaising with sales and client/agency ecosystems, commercially evaluating client opportunities, ensuring high quality, on-time, delivery of on-brand/on-brief creative services, and delivering thought leadership presentations to C-Level internal stakeholders.

·   Helping coordinate the Squad team's resources and priorities and ensuring creative ambitious target delivery

·   Helping educate and inspire sales teams, clients, agencies and partners about the competitive advantages and customer-centricity of collaborative Creative Works service offerings

·   Managing multiple complex digital projects with critical deadlines from inception through to delivery

·   Leading design thinking sprints for key clients, bringing complex groups of stakeholders together.

·   8 years of marketing/advertising experience in a client facing/production role

·   Experience dealing directly with senior/C-level client and agency partners

·   Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically

·   Track record of strategic and creative output that generates business, builds brands and engages people (desirable).

In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive a pro-rata salary of £62,872 to £69,160 and perks package.
