Aquent is looking for a collaborative and talented Creative Manager to join our client's inclusive and welcoming team. This full-time creative management role is for a 6-month contract, is remote in the UK, and offers an attractive rate of up to £201 per day, PAYE only.
As a flexible Creative Manager, you will sit at the core of the company's design capability and match their talented people with the most appropriate client projects. You will also work closely
with senior administration and own the deployment process end to end for this group and deliver reliable and accurate forecast data to the business.
Some of your responsibilities in this Creative Manager role will include:
Allocating resources to client demands and understanding the skills and experience of
designers to make allocation decisions
Prioritising designers during peak periods to ensure quality client delivery
Managing utilisation levels and other key performance indicators
Providing regular insight to business managers on upcoming capacity, peaks, and
conflicts to enable business decisions
Helping to onboard new joiners and provide coaching on operational excellence
To succeed in this creative management job, you will need workforce planning and resource deployment experience, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment. You
will also require exceptional business partnering and communication skills and should be a problem solver who is creative and resilient.
