We are seeking an engaging and inclusive Monetisation Program Manager for a full-time role, helping design best-in-class education events and programs for the largest publishers in the world while building a solid community. This Events Manager role is hybrid working and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.
Our client helps partners find better ways to reach their audiences and manage their digital businesses. The Monetisation Program Manager will be responsible for organising partner outreach, webinar trainings, workshops, communications, and events at scale across EMEA, aligning with the business strategy, objectives and product releases.
Some of your day-to-day Monetisation Program Manager duties will include:
Oversee all aspects of event management and production, such as content and program development, logistics, invitations, promotions, approvals, sourcing speakers etc
Collecting, analysing, and interpreting performance data to support the planning and implementation of long term initiatives
Developing executive-level performance presentations to present to all levels of management
Coordinating, collaborating and communicating across a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and clients on global level to execute strategy
To apply for this Monetisation Program Manager position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in the ad tech industry, as well as 6+ years of program management experience. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders, external creative agencies, events vendors, budgets and multi-region projects
Proficiency in excel, data analysis, Google tools , SQL & HTML
Distinctive problem-solving and analytical capabilities with a track record of setting and delivering against measurable objectives and metrics
Excellent time-management abilities and organisational skills.
