Job Description:

Are you an Executive Assistant looking for an exciting new challenge in Maidenhead or London? If you have admin and business development experience, we want to hear from you. Aquent is collaborating with a client looking for a contract Executive Assistant. The role comes with an hourly rate of £22.50 - £25 per hour, equivalent to a £40,950 - £45,500 salary.


As a flexible Executive Assistant, you will manage a diverse range of administrative tasks.


If you were already up and running in this Executive Assistant role, last week you would have:

  • Maintained the executive calendar

  • Organized department communications and key events

  • Managed the calendar and travel to help drive maximum effectiveness

  • Coordinated complex travel arrangements and successfully handled last-minute changes

  • Compiled and published weekly senior staff minutes and group updates.


To succeed in this Executive Assistant role, you will need the desire to build relationships and the ability to be decisive and thrive in a busy environment. Essential requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadlines

  • Manage time effectively

  • Administrative duties such as ordering supplies and equipment

  • Work with vendors and project managers to ensure billing occurs in timely manner.
