Job Description:

Aquent is looking for an experienced and collaborative Senior Product Designer UX/UI to join our client's inclusive and thriving team. This full-time product design role is based in London

and comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.


As a flexible Senior Product Designer UX/UI, you will use initiative and work proactively alongside the noise of the day to day business activities and bring company practices to the next level. You will be involved in every step of the design and product process to ensure customer

needs are truly met and the company provides suitable and satisfactory solutions.


In your first few weeks in this Senior Product Designer role, you can expect to:


  • Mentor and work with less experienced team members
  • Produce prototypes and test methodologies, assumptions or hypotheses
  • Design, iterate and support existing products/features and develop low-high fidelity concepts and working prototypes
  • Assist in maintaining exceptional standards within UX and UI
  • Collaborate on research and user testing


To apply for this product design UX/UI role, you will need hands-on experience in a disciplined environment as a product or UX designer. You will also require the following:


  • Experience taking broad, conceptual ideas and creating valuable and desirable customer experiences that impact business goals
  • Demonstrable experience making user informed design decisions based on quantitive and qualitative behavioural data
  • Expertise working on designs for iOS and Android
  • Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions convincingly
  • Experience building and maintaining an enterprise-level design system, along with proficiency in Figma and Adobe suite
