Job Description:

Do you have data entry, operations or entry level legal work experience, and are you looking for a 11-month contract in London. Aquent is helping a large tech company find a flexible, full-time Policy Specialist, and the role comes with a remuneration of up to £35k. 

As a Policy Specialist with a focus on trust and safety, you will process legal removal requests across a large number of client products and provide information to internal and external customers regarding the company's legal removals processes. 

In a typical week in this Policy Specialist role, you will tackle the following areas:

  • Process removal requests efficiently and accurately

  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries, using your excellent prioritisation and organisation skills

  • Facilitate communication of process and policy to internal and external customers

  • Create documentation for existing and new policies and procedures.

To apply for this Policy Specialist role, you will need relevant qualifications and skills or equivalent experience. You will also require the following:

  • Six months of data entry experience, operations or low-level legal work experience

  • Fluency in English
