Job Description:

Responsible for helping engineering teams to organize, prioritize and track tasks in a detailed manner as needed to complete project objectives and facilitate team discussions.
Manage dependencies between teams working with other program managers.
Lead programs across TDA ( Tools, Development & Automation) to ensure we operate efficiently such as product launch activities, project reviews, user immersion days, newsletters
Manage prioritization processes at a team level to establish objectives and key results across Engineering and Product Management teams, and partner organizations.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

Project planning, tracking progress and launch activities for software development projects

Scrum master responsibilities
Reporting/updates to the stakeholders about the projects/programs
Manage dependencies between teams working with other program managers
Experience with agile methodologies, SCRUM master experience Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. 2-3 years of experience in program management 2 years of experience in a technical role, e.g., software or QA engineering. Ability to manage multiple projects Ability to develop relationships to facilitate effective collaboration, information gathering, strategic decision making, and to influence others without authority. Ability to be flexible/adaptable in exercising judgment in a dynamic environment and able to manage competing priorities and goals.

Specific Tools or Applications experience (ex. Google Apps, Salesforce CRM, etc)
