Job Description:

If you have project management experience and are seeking a new contract in London, we want
to hear from you. Aquent is helping a collaborative company recruit a Program Manager
(Research and Operations) for a six-month contract, and the role comes with an attractive hourly
contract rate.

As a flexible Programme Manager, you will standardise intake operations and test/launch/scale
up the E2E intake process to set up a working bridge of assigned ownership, integrated
deliverables directory, stim intake timelines and escalation points.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things
you could expect to do:
 Set up a strong vendor management to ensure scalability and efficiency across operations,
data management and insights support
 Help work on automation workflow SoP/RACI to help better data ingestion/visualisation
 Improve training and self-adoption mechanisms and build a self-serve repository to
improve adoption
 Manage and streamline newsletter process.

To apply, you will need experience using and analysing large volumes of data and metrics and
research tools to measure impact and determine improvements. You will also require the
 Experience driving direction and alignment post research completion with cross-
functional teams
 Excellent organisational skills and project and programme management experience,
particularly in terms of allocating resources and the ability to partner with internal and
external teams

 Experience with PM tools such as AirTables, or SmartSheets
 Experience with survey tools such as Qualtrics and statistics programs such as SPSS, R,
SAS, or Stata.
