Job Description:

This full-time contract position offers a hybrid working model with 1-3 days onsite in either the Central London Shoreditch or Maidenhead offices (depending on your preference).

This role is paid on a PAYE basis and you'll be entitled to 33 days paid holiday per annum, pro-rata, inclusive of bank holidays

The Role

We're seeking a passionate and creative Website Optimisation & Personalisation Manager to join a multinational computer software company's UK team.

This is a contract role, combining your business and innovative digital marketing know-how with operational expertise to build outstanding value-driven experiences.

You will be the primary consultant on large complex engagements and transformational programs, implementing a culture of innovation in and out of projects, and fostering creativity to unlock new opportunities for customers and the company.

Some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Guide inspiring business discovery workstreams, performing industry and customer research
  • Align with customers up to c-level on business goals, critical metrics, and future state thinking
  • Research and define customer personas, and build ideal state customer journey maps
  • Identify trends and industry examples that support the creation of impactful use cases that bring a customer’s business goals to life

You will also be an inspiring mentor and brand ambassador who is passionate about current digital marketing trends. You will need extensive experience translating digital strategy into successful marketing tactics and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We are also looking for:

  • Extensive knowledge of how data shapes and drives the customer experience
  • Demonstrated experience analysing website and audience data to uncover insights
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of customer journey management
  • Experience using one or more testing and personalisation tools (Adobe Target, Evergage, Oracle Maximiser, etc) and experience with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, IBM, etc)
