Job Description:

Do you have recruitment experience, and are you seeking a new 6-month contract in London? Our client is looking for Tech and Non-Tech Recruiters, and the role comes with an attractive day rate of up to £490.

The Recruiter will work with a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators who will be focusing on the areas of candidate attraction and placement. 

In your first few weeks in this Recruiter role, you can expect to:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand  hiring needs

  • Execute effective engagement, screening, and closing approaches that deliver a diverse range of candidates and provide an outstanding candidate experience

  • Source, attract and recruit passive technology candidates

  • Screen, assess, interview and prep a high calibre of candidates

The successful Recruiter candidate must be able to:

  • Successfully manage, prioritize and hire talents

  • Have knowledge of recruitment

  • Show a desire to continuously learn about functional areas of the business

  • Forge effective working relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR colleagues.

In return for your passion and expertise, we will provide an attractive day rate of up to £490.
