Job Description:

My client, a leading communications agency, with a high-profile global financial services client, is looking for a Visual Producer.

In this role you will facilitate and produce the visual identity of events, within the client’s brand guidelines. You will project manage the delivery of all event content (assets range from vinyls, directional signage, event presentations and broadcast/digital assets). You will be developing how event attendees interact with content.

You will be a point of contact for event speakers and external talent, ensuring their content is delivered on time, and on-brand, whilst also ensuring talent feels comfortable and confident ahead of the event.

In the role you will find yourself partnering with our creative and presentations teams, Events and Marketing leads as well as (Audio Visual) AV SMEs to ensure high-quality delivery; working as a linchpin between multiple teams to facilitate the event vision.

You must be someone with a strong events background who has a passion for creativity and logistics. With robust organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence when speaking to stakeholders of various levels of seniority.

We’re looking for a true events producer who is solution-focused.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will oversee each event’s look and feel; ensuring consistency across all assets.
  • Project manage the creation and delivery of all event assets: including event visuals, presentations, stage sets, broadcast assets.
  • You will coordinate and prioritise presentations through multiple touchpoints, such as: Presentations Services team, Compliance and external and internal AV/Technical service providers.
  • Quality control of assets and ensures consistency, accuracy and correctness.
  • Manage event Key Note Speakers, both from delivery of assets to run-throughs prior to events, being their main contact.
  • You will keep all parties informed on work progress, communicating changes quickly.
  • In-person management of events/conferences on the day(s) and being point of contact for speakers/events/AV.
  • You will work closely with Events and Marketing lead to bring the event’s vision to life.
  • You will provide insights on how to expand the visual impact of events.

SKILLS:

  • Event management: you’ll have a deep understanding of the event production lifecycle, with a minimum of 4 years of events or project management experience.
  • Presentations output: you have an intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and a keen eye for how event attendees experience content.
  • Innovation: you will have a fierce passion for all things creative and constantly bring fresh ideas and new ways of working to your client’s attention. You will demonstrate a keen interest in emerging technologies in the creative and presentation production process and understand the effect those technologies have on the production lifecycle.
  • Multitasker: this role will require you to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced client environment, so communication, co-ordination and problem-solving skills will come to the fore. You will need to be able to juggle, prioritise your time, and organise effectively.
  • Solutions-focused: as is standard within events, challenges will come to you, and your solutions-focused mentality will ensure they are responded to and handled in an appropriate way, identifying wider issues for improvement for future events.
  • Communication: you will have a clear communication style and will be comfortable leading a event kick-off meeting with senior leaders – as well as speaking to talent throughout the planning process and then briefing AV on the technical requirements for an event.

KEY OUTCOMES:

  • Developing strong client relationships to ensure successful events.
  • An effective, best-in-class creative and presentation production process.
  • Client satisfaction is measured by the client satisfaction survey.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding all Service Levels.
