Job Description:

Aquent is looking for a dedicated and skilled Talent Development Program Coordinator to join our client's inclusive and welcoming team. This full-time Program Coordinator role is a temporary position, lasting until the 28th of July 2023 and offers a pay rate of £19.81 per hour, equivalent to £41,204 per annum.

 

As a flexible Talent Development Program Coordinator, you will be part of the company's Talent Development team that serves to build a pipeline of future computer science professionals through unique educational programs and opportunities. You will work cross-functionally to support the growth of the company's global student community outreach initiatives and design innovative new education programs to support student development. 

 

In your first few weeks in this Talent Development Coordinator role, you can expect to:

  • Encourage critical research for the global and regional teams

  • Support global team program managers in developing and implementing communication and engagement strategies to ensure long-term candidate cultivation

  • Coordinate program logistics, create critical tools and map out team processes globally

  • Create narrative decks for programs and their impact

  • Support program managers in tracking program participants

You should also be an outstanding problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Additional requirements include:

  • Exceptional communication and project management skills

  • Ability to influence and use data to inform decisions

  • Experience working cross-functionally

  • Ability to map out complex processes
