Aquent is seeking a collaborative and experienced Administrative Business Partner to join our client's inclusive and friendly team. This full-time administrative role comes with a favourable salary of £41,204 and excellent benefits.


As a flexible Administrative Business Partner, you will be at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You will anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.


In your first few weeks in this Administrative Business Partner role, you can expect to:

  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment)

  • Direct and manage projects of different magnitude, including taking notes and tracking actions

  • Organise inclusive team events

  • Help team leads prepare and deliver presentations for meetings


To apply for this Administrative Business Partner role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. You will also require experience in an administrative position working in a technology or international environment (3-5 years) and the ability to speak and write English fluently. In addition, you should have expertise with calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling and booking and budgeting of events. Experience providing high-quality professional administrative support to senior executives within a busy international team environment is also essential.
