Do you have human resources experience, and are you seeking a new contract in London? Our client is looking for a Compliance Project Manager, and the contract role comes with an attractive hourly rate of up to £32.64. (up to £67,891 pa pro-rata PAYE)
As a flexible Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for drafting and enforcing policy and practice as it relates to the Extended Workforce and creating processes to implement policies.
In your first few weeks in this Compliance Project Manager role, you can expect to:
Project manage the maintenance and development of this internal repository
Work with team members to document the vision for the expansion and refresh of this repository
Create templates for users and follow up with policy/page owners to obtain updates on a regular basis
Process mapping/charting the policies created by team members
To apply for this Compliance Manager role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and experience in Corporate HR, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Employment Law, Compliance, or Risk. You will also require the following:
Experience with data pulling, reading, and cutting data to provide reporting on team priorities
Experience with program management, policy development or process mapping
Knowledge of Acquired Rights Directive / Transfer of Undertakings / TUPE
Proficiency in our client suite (Sheets, Slides, etc)
Experience with Lucid Chart
