Aquent is looking for a dedicated and skilled Data Analyst to join our client's inclusive and friendly team. This data analysis role is for a 9-month contract and offers the opportunity to be part of a positive and diverse workplace culture.
As a Data Analyst, you will work on analysing and localising content for the company's product. You will also focus on following workflows with solid guidelines to ensure that the content the company localises is understood and answered in the most natural way. In addition, when you see room for improvement, you will escalate your ideas or concerns with the team.
In your first few weeks in this Data Analyst role, you can expect to:
- Tailor the product to sound natural and reach the quality that customers expect
- Work with a team filled with diverse backgrounds and cultures to create process improvements or raise the quality of output
- Correct invalid or incorrect information in the company's knowledge base
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all applicable company policies
