As EMEA Remuneration Compensation Operation Consultant, you will focus on EMEA Remuneration Regulations that apply to the company across its European locations––including IFD, IFPR and other location-specific regulations.

Your primary duties as Remuneration Compensation Consultant will include:

The successful Consultant applicant will have advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including complex formulae, formatting, analysing large amounts of data, etc. Experience with Workday, Oracle, or similar Human Resources Information Systems would be a plus, as well as hands-on experience of EU remuneration regulation within Financial Services. You must be able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and possess an analytical and numerical mindset with the ability to deliver with accuracy.
