Job Description:

Aquent is helping a collaborative company recruit a Content Coordinator & Analyst to join their inclusive team for a full-time 9-month contract. This content role is based in London and offers a salary up to £39,572 pa pro-rata and the chance to be part of a welcoming and diverse workplace culture.

As a flexible Content Coordinator & Analyst, you will form part of the company's Content Strategy and Programming team and report to the Senior Manager. You will also provide administrative support for the SVP, International Content.

  • Managing the administration of the company's release slate and ensuring smooth communication between content and business teams and international stakeholders

  • Providing weekly/quarterly sales reports, analyses and reviews for global operational planning

  • Becoming a catalogue expert to give insights on listening behaviour and content trends

  • Supporting the content team to understand systems and processes, including onboarding new starters and providing training on content dashboards and other reporting tools

To succeed in this content coordination and analysis role, you will need demonstrated good judgment and critical thinking skills. You will also require proven communication skills and must be articulate and professional in written and verbal forms. In addition, you should be able to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a busy environment. A high level of organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines are also essential. You will also need excellent experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

In return for your dedication, collaboration and commitment, you will receive a generous contract salary of £39,572 pro-rata, joining a welcoming and inclusive culture.
