Do you have customer service and software experience, and are you seeking a new job in
London. Our client is looking for a full-time Community and Social Support Specialist, and the
role comes with a salary of £39k and a great benefits package.

As a flexible Community and Social Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a
quality experience to customers. You will be aggregating their feedback and distilling it into
actionable trends that can be shared with the product development teams.

In your first few weeks in this Community and Social Support Specialist role, you can expect to:
 Respond appropriately to customer feedback with high-quality, customer-centric
responses, while adhering to brand guidelines
 Be knowledgeable and communicate with customers in a friendly, eloquent, and
professional way
 Identify trends in feedback to properly size challenges and judge priority
 Document communication associated with specific issues to build into a response library.

To apply for this Community and Social Support Specialist role, you will need Fluency in
English and German and at least 2 years of social media, support, marketing, or communications
experience. You will also require the following:
 Experience helping customers with diverse backgrounds and varying experience levels
 Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
 Ability to work in a busy environment with the flexibility to adapt to a changing
landscape.

In return for your knowledge and expertise, you will receive a salary of £39,000 and a great
benefits package.
