Do you have customer service and software experience, and are you seeking a new job in
London. Our client is looking for a full-time Community and Social Support Specialist, and the

As a flexible Community and Social Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a
quality experience to customers. You will be aggregating their feedback and distilling it into
actionable trends that can be shared with the product development teams.
In your first few weeks in this Community and Social Support Specialist role, you can expect to:
Respond appropriately to customer feedback with high-quality, customer-centric
responses, while adhering to brand guidelines
Be knowledgeable and communicate with customers in a friendly, eloquent, and
Identify trends in feedback to properly size challenges and judge priority
