Our client’s UK FMCG team is seeking a strategic and analytical Client Solutions Manager who puts clients at the core of everything they do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, strategy, and measurement for some of our most complex brand-focused, performance-driven clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions grounded in achieving measurable business results for partners.
  • Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of solutions.
  • Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against key performance indicators.
  • Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
  • Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Marketing Passion: Demonstrated passion for marketing and brand building.
  • Executional Excellence: Drive executional excellence and deliver compelling data-driven recommendations to meet client business objectives.
  • Client Focus: Strong ability to build trusted consultative relationships and provide excellent client service.
  • Ads Manager Expertise: Expert knowledge of Ads Manager and the ability to leverage this expertise to drive client success.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Excel at working with internal cross-functional partners in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Team player with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Experienced Ads Manager Experience: Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Client Servicing or Sales Role: Experience in a client servicing or sales role.
  • FMCG Experience: Experience within FMCG or a similar style of companies.
