Length of contract – 6 months

Location – Remote UK – Must be based in the UK

Salary – £63,196 PAYE Pro Rata


x4 Weekend Work – Monday/Tuesday or Thursday Friday off – Working most Saturdays & Sundays 9-6 pm


x2 Weekday work – Monday – Friday – 9-6


Summary: The main function of a content specialist is to aid in surfacing the best content and conversations on the platforms. The typical specialist will have excellent editorial judgment, a strong command of social media, and a good understanding of trending news and topics, as well as how they inform social conversations.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Review a range of content, including credible news, entertainment, and short-form video (SFV) from a diverse set of publishers, broadcasters, public figures, creators, and influencers
  • Identify cultural trends across a broad spectrum of topics
  • Apply review guidelines to content at scale, maintaining commitment to accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with our internal content and product teams to improve user experience
  • Have the ability to work an atypical schedule as required, including nights, Saturdays, and Sundays



  • Experience in social media, editorial, content creation, journalism, or digital media – Deep knowledge of the social media landscape and SFV content
  • Experience with social discovery and/or social listening tools (i.e. CrowdTangle)
  • Excellent skill in editorial strategy and what makes digital content great – Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Language skills a plus (e.g. Spanish, French, Portuguese, Hindi, etc.)
