We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support our tech client’s leadership team in London. This role will offer a dynamic opportunity to work closely with the European Finance Director and Global Analytics Director, as well as their teams based in London and internationally.

This is a 3-month contract, offering £202.72 per day (PAYE). 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the European Finance Director and Global Analytics Director, along with their teams based in London and internationally.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Handle expense report coordination and submission.
  • Organize and assist with team activities such as staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and social events.
  • Track key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Act as a liaison for direct reports.
  • Manage team space, including moves and reconfigurations.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization.
  • Assist with document writing, editing, and readiness.
  • Plan morale and team-building activities to foster a strong organizational culture.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Experience with executive-level calendar management.
  • Experience coordinating domestic or international travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading process improvements.
  • Background in a fast-paced, high-tech company environment.
  • Ability to design processes to maximize efficiency.
