Our client is looking for a Administrative Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in administrative and project management tasks, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a legal team or environment.

 

Responsibilities:

Core Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, and facilities coordination with guidance from the executive.

Project Management:

  • Execute small- to medium-scale projects or events from initiation through delivery.

Task Completion:

  • Select appropriate methods from clear or less defined options to complete assigned tasks.
  • Use strong judgment and discretion with some guidance.

Supervision and Information Retrieval:

  • Perform tasks with some supervision from the executive and know how to find necessary information.
  • Effectively navigate ambiguity.

Risk and Obstacle Management:

  • Determine corrective actions for risks and obstacles in projects or events with minimal assistance from the executive.

Process Application:

  • Apply standard or common processes to complete defined administrative and program management tasks.

Influence and Engagement:

  • Engage with executives and teams to establish trust.
  • Work collaboratively in a team setting by sharing knowledge relevant to tasks.

Communication:

  • Exhibit solid communication skills with internal and possibly external-facing parties.
  • Build rapport and collaborate effectively.

Community Participation:

  • Participate in E/ABP community activities at the PA/Site level.
  • Be actively involved in ABP recruiting as needed.

Direction Adherence:

  • Follow clear or less-defined direction on timing, goals, and objectives for projects, events, or administrative tasks.

Expertise:

  • Possess moderate/foundational knowledge of the supported business strategy and goals to assist leadership in prioritisation.
  • Exhibit the highest standards of confidentiality and have a clear understanding of policies and procedures.
