We’re currently seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join the team as a Service Delivery Manager (Customer Success Manager) for an 18-month contract, offering £32,900 per annum, pro rata (PAYE).


  • Develop proficiency and knowledge of the company’s products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to activate customer subscriptions and drive the adoption of other products.
  • Guide customers from the initial stage of their journey through to hand-off to Professional Services.
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects to enhance our approach to customer activation and retention.


  • Urgency Building: Ability to create urgency in customers to activate and utilize their subscriptions.
  • Relationship Management: Effectively manage relationships with external partners and internal sales teams.
  • Time Management: Proactively plan and prioritize tasks to maximize performance and speed.
  • Continuous Learning: Desire to learn and stay updated with relevant software solutions.
  • Communication: Experience engaging with customers via outbound calls and emails, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Onboarding Experience: Experience delivering software-based product onboarding or training.
  • Autonomy: Demonstrates tenacity and a ‘can-do’ attitude while working autonomously to maximize customer reach.
  • Customer Obsession: Focused on deeply understanding customers’ pain points to deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Collaboration: Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results.
