Our client is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Digital Campaign Manager to drive growth across their Genuine Conversion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and the ability to manage multiple processes and projects simultaneously.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Identify opportunities for growth through detailed analysis and actionable insights.
  • Track, analyse, and report on Genuine funnel metrics on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Deliver insights and influence partner teams to drive change and improve business performance.
  • Provide an expert perspective on business health, performance, and customer experience across countries, categories, and programs.
  • Build visualisations and analyses to identify gaps in the funnel and areas for campaign optimisation.
  • Leverage data from multiple sources (Excel, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI) to construct performance narratives.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive growth, measuring their effectiveness using relevant KPIs.

Reporting and Presentations:

  • Collaborate on the Outlook process with Financial Planning, determine quarter-end close numbers, and write the Outlook report.
  • Provide trends and insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed presentations and analysis to support the management team during QBRs and business reviews.

Campaign Execution:

  • Lead spring planning and weekly project stand-ups, defining requirements, timelines, and hand-offs.
  • Organise and run weekly stand-up calls between Business Teams, Design, and Web Production teams.
  • Partner with Web Production, Localisation, and QA teams to manage the intake of new campaigns.
  • Lead the end-to-end campaign creation process and schedule rollouts.
  • Create quarterly trading plans, including promotional and pricing activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective communicator with the ability to adapt communication styles based on the audience.
  • Experienced in building and maintaining positive relationships across a corporate, matrix organisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong storytelling ability using data; capable of analysing and articulating complex data sets.
  • Background in analysing marketing funnels and providing executive-level reporting.
  • Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, matrixed organization.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., JIRA) and able to translate requirements to non-technical team members.
  • Proven track record of leveraging data to guide decision-making and proactively deliver high-quality work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP functions).
  • Experience in digital trading and eCommerce businesses, managing multiple products/categories.
