Job Title: Solutions Manager

Duration: 3 – 6 months

Location: London, Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) 

Pay Rate: £585.01 – £652.64 per day PAYE

 

Our client is seeking a Solutions Manager, to focus on the entertainment and hospitality vertical. You will be a key player in delivering innovative advertising solutions and managing complex campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Delivery & Stakeholder Management:

    • Deliver sold campaigns on time, ensuring internal and external stakeholders adhere to deadlines.
    • Foresee risks, provide solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Technical Validation & Project Scoping:

    • Validate and scope various customer experiences with detailed functional requirements and timelines.
    • Collaborate with creative, technical, legal, and testing teams.
  • Project Management:

    • Utilize various project management methodologies to manage campaigns from concept to go live.
    • Develop and drive new advertising product innovations.
  • Ad Hoc Requests:

    • Rapidly manage and deliver new advertising concepts.
  • Client Engagement:

    • Conduct client meetings to assess goals and drive advertising solutions forward.
    • Present confidently to senior management, external clients, and large audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
    • Develop comprehensive solution plans and ensure successful execution.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in program/project/solution management, particularly with big brands and ad campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Asana, Slack, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of working successfully with large brands on ad campaigns.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and create structure.
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to overcoming blockers.
