We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to manage regional campaigns, programs, and global projects. This pivotal role involves collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams and handling multiple integrated campaigns simultaneously to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

This is a 6 months contract, offering up to £64.000 per annum, pro rata (PAYE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop project plans and schedules for successful execution, including campaign asset creation, graphics, copywriting, print collateral, website updates, and content migrations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Regional Marketing stakeholders to document and communicate key outcomes from planning and program initiation meetings.
  • Timeline Management: Build project plans and timetables, ensuring all deliverables align with project scope and regional rollups.
  • Status Meetings: Schedule and lead status meetings, set agendas, highlight key milestones, drive issue resolution, and maintain action logs/plans. Communicate meeting outcomes effectively.
  • Scope Management: Assess requirements changes, determine their impact on time and risks, and manage project scope.
  • Team Coordination: Hold offline meetings with various execution teams to communicate priorities, resolve issues, and coordinate efforts.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment, resource optimization, smooth handoffs, and program consistency.
  • Resource Management: Request creative and production resources through project management tools, track progress, oversee handoffs, and monitor the status of deliverables.
  • Program Auditing: Audit programs upon completion, identify improvements, and implement process changes.

Required Background/Skills:

  • Experience: Solid experience in business-to-business marketing with proven project management experience.
  • Corporate Experience: Experience in a multinational corporate environment is essential; agency experience is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of SaaS and/or enterprise software marketing is a plus.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficient in tools such as Workfront, Basecamp, and Microsoft Project.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage large, multifaceted projects/campaigns or multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to direct and manage cross-functional, virtual teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify issues, generate solutions, choose alternatives, and improve overall processes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, assertive, extremely detail-oriented, organized, and exceptional time management skills.
  • Team Player: Enthusiastic, deadline-driven, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
