Our client is seeking a driven and talented Direct Marketing Specialist to join its Customer Marketing Team. This role involves managing and implementing a global direct marketing program, focusing on email and app push notifications to enhance business performance and customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email and push marketing campaigns tailored for key markets.
  • Proofread and test all global email campaigns before distribution.
  • Oversee email program deployment to ensure accurate and timely sends.
  • Identify and address potential program issues proactively.
  • Support audience building, list generation, and control groups using Audience Builder and other Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) tools.
  • Set up and execute A/B tests for campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with the business insights team to deliver comprehensive analysis and insights on email and push marketing programs.
  • Assist with CRM Marketing trading reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize communication production and ensure robust and efficient production processes.
  • Work with the CRM product team to define requirements, test, and implement new platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, scripting languages, and SQL.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), with Data Cloud experience being advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages is beneficial.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
