Agency Operations Manager, EMEA - Global Marketing Operations

As the Agency Operations Manager for the EMEA region, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operational processes with our agency partners to ensure the effective delivery of marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the EMEA market landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Agency Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners across the EMEA region.
    • Act as the primary point of contact between our marketing teams and external agencies.
    • Ensure alignment between agency deliverables and our marketing goals and objectives.
  2. Operational Excellence:

    • Develop and implement best practices and processes to streamline agency operations and improve efficiency.
    • Monitor and evaluate agency performance, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with our operational standards, policies, and procedures.
  3. Project Management:

    • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to support campaign execution.
    • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project outcomes.
  4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

    • Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the performance of agency partners and marketing campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on campaign performance, operational efficiency, and agency effectiveness.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize future campaigns.
  5. Stakeholder Management:

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure cohesive and aligned operations.
    • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across the EMEA region, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.
  6. Market Expertise:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the EMEA region.
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance marketing operations and campaign effectiveness in the region.
    • Adapt global marketing strategies to the specific needs and nuances of the EMEA market.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, agency management, or related roles.
    • Proven track record of managing large-scale marketing operations across multiple countries in the EMEA region.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
    • Strong understanding of the EMEA market, including cultural, legal, and economic factors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing automation tools, project management software, and analytics platforms.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional languages relevant to the EMEA region are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with the client’s marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience in a global or regional role within the tech industry.
