Are you a dynamic Sales Manager with a passion for driving results and managing complex projects? Join our client’s team and play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of our outsourced sales programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Oversee and manage the performance of outsourced vendors, ensuring they meet and exceed operational, sales, and productivity targets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing weekly updates on programme, market, and regional performance.
  • Project Management: Track and manage project tasks raised by vendors, ensuring effective prioritisation and timely communication with both internal and external audiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with global vendor network during weekly business reviews to monitor progress, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Customer-Centric Guidance: Channel advertiser feedback into actionable insights, guiding programme recommendations that enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Key Success Factors:

  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing tasks and projects, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Project Management Proficiency: Experience with tools like Asana or Jira, and the ability to simplify complex tasks under pressure.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with a focus on process management and a keen eye for detail.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, international work environment, with a can-do attitude and a passion for making an impact.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, sales enablement, strategy, or outsourced sales, ideally within the tech industry.
  • Understanding of the advertising industry and digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful results.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage time effectively in high-pressure situations.
