Contract – 9 months (start asap until 29/06/2025), Location Central London – Onsite 3 days per week, 2 days remote.

  • We are re-imagining Search with an interactive conversational experience that helps you find answers to product questions, perform product comparisons, receive personalized product suggestions, and so much more, to easily find the perfect product for your needs. We’re looking for a candidate to help us realize and deliver this vision to our customers right away.
  • The team is the QA business area for a new project shopping AI assistant.  The team are responsible for executing test cases for this new product.  This has been launched in the US and is now being rolled out across EMEA.
  • The resource is an additional need for the business to support the testing for the launch.
  • The candidate will lead the test case feature, co-ordinate with stakeholders, create the test plan and test cases, identify any issues and create the sign off report.  They will be communicating with stakeholders and working with team members to achieve results.
  • This is a completely new product utilising AI assistant for shopping and the first in the market.  The candidate will learn how AI works both with query and responses and be part of the development of this exciting venture.

· Experience in manual testing and leading projects from QA perspective

· Agile Testing Experience in an agile development environment (e.g., SCRUM/XP/Kanban) with experience writing acceptance criteria for user stories.

· Experience working with product owners defining, and refining user stories.

· Demonstrated experience in test planning, test design, test strategy, and test execution.
