- Execution and production of key events & workstreams within the EMEA Events & Experiences team on large senior level corporate events in EMEA.
- Working from start to finish as a key contributor, ensuring successful execution throughout the entire lifecycle of an event including planning, pre-production, agency management, onsite execution and post event debrief and budget reconciliation.
- The role will work with internal teams as well as external partners alike and you will be working on any key projects or initiatives – the role will support some of our biggest and most important events across the year in EMEA.
- You’ll be able to develop strong relationships with internal and external contacts, offer support to team members and generally be a talented multi-tasker.
- Top 3 Hard Skills: Project Management, event production, execution and high level delivery
- Top 3 Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, creative thinker, multitasker and attention to detail
- Type of industry experience: Event Production / Event Management either agency side or with experience in high end corporate events (ideally in other Tech or Corp Companies).
- 8-10 years experience in event production ideally within a corporate environment (rather than festivals, exhibitions).
