THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a visual designer to join our client’s Creative Studio. The team supports both CRM and Marketing. The candidate must be a design guru and typography nerd. Creative solutions must look great and meet business goals.
Creative Studio’s remit:
- Brand and product advertising
- Transactional ads are the bulk of the ads we create (BTL)
- We support four regions (UK, Canada, South Africa and Australia/New Zealand) –both Marketing and CRM
- Ads are in English
- We also support internal communications and PR
Must-haves:
- Experience developing static and dynamic ads for Facebook and Instagram, as well as digital assets for email marketing and annual reports
- Ability to develop concepts that meet the brief
- Long and short form typography design skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong collaborator – that can work with their peers, Creative Director and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Knack for finding perfect stock images and ability to use AI to enhance and create branded imagery
- Good file management (we use Dropbox, but will be migrating to Bynder later this year)
- All team members are expected to be in the office every Wednesday and Thursday (office is near Vauxhall)
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience developing dynamic content in After Effects
- Ideally some experience using AI platforms and tools (this isn’t a must)
- Any 3D skills are a nice to have
