About the Role: Join our fintech client’s Global Sales Enablement team as the Sales Enablement Program Manager, where you’ll help drive the success of our sales teams by supporting both their full-time employees and strategic partner sites. As a key member of the team, you will empower our sales talent to do the best work of their lives through effective learning, development, and performance consulting.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and our vendor partners to ensure they have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to train and develop their sales teams to meet and exceed their targets. Your expertise in training, performance management, and continuous improvement will be crucial in scaling our sales enablement efforts globally.
This is 12 months contract, offering £223.10 per day (PAYE).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance and Reporting (20%)
- Lead and manage quality assurance processes with vendor partners, focusing on manager coaching, consultant conversations, and training delivery.
- Collaborate with International teams to ensure QA process alignment.
- Present findings and insights in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on Team Leader coaching sessions.
- Implement calibration sessions for call evaluations at vendor partner sites.
2. Performance Improvement (20%)
- Identify and address performance gaps through stakeholder consultation.
- Design and deliver training interventions aligned with the company’s Performance-Based Training methodology.
- Provide feedback and guidance to vendor partners during training sessions.
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis to drive improvement and consistency.
3. New Hire Training and Observation (20%)
- Manage the onboarding and training schedule for new hires at vendor partner sites.
- Ensure smooth integration of new hires into systems (Docebo, Amazon Connect, etc.).
- Train vendor partners on onboarding processes and sales methodologies.
- Collaborate with content teams to update onboarding materials.
4. Content Creation (10%)
- Conduct needs analyses and manage project timelines for content development.
- Collaborate with the Content Design team to create and refine training materials.
- Support the rollout of new product training and refreshers at partner sites.
5. Technology Implementation (10%)
- Contribute to the deployment of new AI-based coaching tools and quality assessment platforms.
- Collect feedback and implement enhancements for technology tools used by sales leaders.
6. Business Operations (20%)
- Participate in UK Sales All Hands and Sales Enablement meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, team leaders, and quality assessors.
- Stay updated on systems, sales methodologies, and new initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in sales enablement, training, or performance management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work with global teams and manage vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with sales performance tools, content management, and onboarding processes.
- Experience working with training and coaching systems (e.g., Docebo, Amazon Connect) is a plus.
