As a Partner Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of credit payment products, which are offered in collaboration with external financial partners. You’ll also drive strategic projects to identify and solve customer pain points, improve processes, and contribute to the scalability and efficiency of credit payment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Customer Service) and external financial partners.
  • Drive cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and payment processes.
  • Identify operational gaps and collaborate on solutions to streamline processes and reduce friction in the customer journey.
  • Resolve customer-impacting issues quickly and effectively, while focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Support the launch of new payment products and functionalities, ensuring smooth post-launch operations.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of repeatable processes, automation, and standardization across the business.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience using data and metrics to identify improvements and drive results.
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end program delivery.
  • Ability to communicate results and updates clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams to achieve shared business goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in process improvement, automation, or standardization.
  • Knowledge of online payment products, credit lines, and installment plans.
  • Knowledge of additional languages (German, Italian, Spanish, French) is a plus.
  • Project management or organizational development background.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • Work with international teams across regions including India, North America, and Europe.
  • Gain exposure to a wide range of payment products and services within a global organization.
  • Be part of a team that is focused on driving innovation and improving customer experience.

This is a unique opportunity to grow your career, work on impactful projects, and make a difference in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. If you’re data-driven, customer-obsessed, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
