Our client is looking for a storyteller and strategist to drive editorial content, campaigns, and growth for their social media presence.
Ideal Candidate:
A passionate entertainment enthusiast with a deep understanding of social media trends, skilled in creating emotional and engaging content. This individual combines creative excellence with a data-driven approach, adept at balancing hands-on execution with managing agency output.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Development:
- Co-develop and execute growth strategies for UK social channels
- Devise impactful campaigns for global and local launches, focusing on engagement, follower growth, and watch time

Content Creation & Trend Engagement:
- Produce standout content that taps into trending topics
- Collaborate with creative agencies and talent to deliver high-quality, on-brand content

Measurement & Optimisation:
- Set a high standard for analytics and reporting
- Utilise data insights to refine campaigns and demonstrate success

Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, PR, Content) and external stakeholders (e.g., production companies, platforms)
- Leverage relationships with social platforms to adopt cutting-edge tools and best practices

Budget Input:
- Contribute to budget planning for campaigns and always-on content
Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Fluent in English
- Extensive experience managing large-scale social media channels and campaigns for major brands
- Strong data literacy: proven success in reporting and shaping strategies with metrics
- Expertise in crafting engaging, on-trend social content
- In-depth understanding of the ever-evolving social media landscape
- Experience in steering creative agencies for best-in-class results
Desirable Skills
- Entertainment industry experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of pop culture (film, TV, music)
- Background in digital publishing/editorial
- Familiarity with paid social media strategies
- Experience in talent/creator management
