Content & Pop-Culture Junkies at heart, we believe that the best stories empower people and drive meaningful change in the world, one episode at a time. Our ambition is to connect authentically with customers through topical & locally-nuanced stories that entertain, delight or inspire. This involves planning, creating, iterating and distributing bespoke Editorial Content in various formats through Social Media platforms. We strive to make our feeds as engaging as our customers’ favourite shows.

We are looking for an inspirational storyteller with significant experience supporting best-in-class Editorial Content campaigns for major brands.

You are genuinely passionate about Entertainment — if you spend your weekends recommending to your friends what show or movie they should watch next, that’s a great start. You have a deep understanding of what content resonates across the Social Media landscape; few things make you happier than a well-crafted caption. You obsessively keep up with the latest digital trends, and you probably dabbled with AR or introduced your friends to the world of TikTok challenges. You stay curious, humble, and open-minded, and have experience crafting emotional stories that people connect with. You have a ruthlessly high bar for Creative output, and you’re able to seamlessly switch between ‘doing it yourself’ and ‘sprinkling magic dust’ on agency work. You’re comfortable using data to test and refine your output, as well as prove impact.

Key job responsibilities:

– Support and execute immersive worlds for fans of our Original shows;
– Coordinate Social campaigns working closely with counterparts across EU countries;
– Coordinate communication between Global and Local teams, including campaign strategy, asset approvals and delivery and reporting.
– Start compelling conversations with the right audiences;
– Support Agency management & relationships;
– Collaborate with a network of external partners like Social Agencies, Production Stakeholders, Original teams, talent and influencers;
– Report on learnings to continuously refine your approach.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Professional experience in Social Campaign and Editorial
– Success generating Earned Media for recognised brands
– Analytical skills (it’s not an analyst role, but we expect you to be able to look at metrics to know what’s working and what’s not).
– Ability to fluently communicate in English (oral and written)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Significant experience in delivering integrated and social-first campaigns
– Great experience in managing creative/social agencies and internal stakeholders
– Comfortable engaging with external partners like Talent and Influencers
