Events Marketing Manager

We are recruiting an experienced event marketing professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and has a passion for diving deep into the full event lifecycle to drive strategy, execution, and post event analysis.  The ideal candidate balances creativity with analytics and has strong program management skills. This is a fully on site role in London, 5 days a week. 

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and management of events, from planning through to post-event analysis.

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer engagement at large-scale events.

  • Own and maintain a high standard of customer experience 

  • Manage the go-to-market strategy for events, including proposal development and execution planning.

  • Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders to gather inputs, align processes, and ensure seamless execution across departments.

  • Analyse event performance data and present actionable insights to identify opportunities for program growth.

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong experience in event marketing (including execution)
  • Strong experience producing and scaling medium to large events
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience analysing and interpreting data to make business recommendations.
