We are seeking a Logistics Trade Compliance Operations Manager to lead and execute high-impact program plans, timelines, and tracking initiatives in Amsterdam. This role requires a seasoned professional adept at program management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic execution to meet organizational goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee program plans, timelines, and documentation, ensuring alignment with objectives and stakeholder success.
- Curate and apply best practices to enhance efficiency; create and implement process improvements.
- Plan and prioritize tasks, address escalations, and provide actionable insights through data analysis.
- Collaborate across teams, influence decision-making, and ensure buy-in from stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Define and track success metrics, establish OKRs, and implement corrective measures for continuous improvement.
- Identify growth opportunities and refine methodologies based on feedback and industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong focus on organizational goals and metrics with expertise in data-driven strategies and client relationship management.
- Proficient in data analysis and program management best practices, including resource allocation and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with logistics, trade compliance, and key trends affecting operations.
- Skilled in networking, influencing, and inspiring teams; adept at using data to craft compelling narratives.
- Effective meeting management, agenda setting, and driving results across various organizational levels.
