Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for digital transformation, systems documentation, and compliance operations? We’re looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager to join a dynamic Business Transformation team, supporting system enhancement and operational compliance in a high-impact, global environment.
This role is central to bridging the gap between legal, compliance, and engineering teams—helping translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable technical outcomes. You’ll play a vital role in system documentation, particularly within Salesforce, and drive forward operational efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume compliance domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Documentation & Admin:
- Track and document all system-related changes/enhancements within Salesforce.
- Establish a sustainable BAU process for triaging enhancement requests and change inquiries.
- Create and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and documentation frameworks.
- Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot system issues and assist in escalation as needed.
- Support testing, QA, and smooth roll-out of enhancements and tools.
- Collaborate with transformation teams to ensure effective adoption of system changes.
Legal & Compliance Requirements:
- Liaise with Legal and Compliance stakeholders to translate complex regulations into clear technical specs.
- Serve as a communication bridge between business and engineering teams.
Systems & Knowledge Management:
- Maintain a deep understanding of current Salesforce functionality and limitations.
- Provide insight into how system architecture aligns with ongoing project needs.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Manage approval workflows, track deliverables, and maintain comprehensive project logs.
- Assist in organizing documentation reviews, workshops, and training sessions
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in project support, systems documentation, or digital transformation roles.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (documentation, administration, or configuration).
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills—able to convey complex concepts to varied audiences.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project. - A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with legal, compliance, or regulatory contexts is a strong plus.
⭐ Bonus Points:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
- Prior experience in a compliance-focused or highly regulated industry.
