We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join their team and make a significant impact on their Enterprise Sales operations.

In this pivotal Administrative Assistant role, you will become an indispensable partner to the Sales Leadership team, directly contributing to the efficiency and success of their strategic initiatives. Your organizational prowess and proactive support will ensure seamless operations, allowing leaders to focus on driving key business outcomes and fostering critical client relationships. You will be the linchpin that keeps the team moving forward, anticipating needs and implementing solutions that enhance overall productivity and effectiveness.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Manage the diaries of multiple Sales Leaders, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of engagements.
* Liaise with customers at all levels to coordinate meetings, handling logistics, room bookings, and attendee arrangements while maintaining strong professional relationships.
* Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, providing prompt and professional responses.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and the VP Office to organize and coordinate company hospitality events.
* Work with Sales Leaders to coordinate and organize internal team meetings, events, and sales activities.
* Augment events teams for flagship company events, providing crucial on-the-ground support.
* Process and manage Sales Leaders’ expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
* Book Sales Leaders’ travel, including flights, hotel, and transfers.
* Provide proactive day-to-day administrative support to Sales Leaders, anticipating needs and addressing issues before they arise.

**What You’ll Bring:**

* Experience as a sales administrative assistant or in sales support roles, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
* Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under critical deadlines, managing workload with minimal direction.
* Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and timely follow-through.
* Exceptional scheduling abilities and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong communication skills to ensure smooth coordination both internally and externally.
* Ability to remain flexible, embrace change, and manage uncertainty, all while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
* A self-starter and self-motivated individual who is energetic, proactive, and resourceful.
* Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize conflicting demands to ensure key projects meet deadlines.
* A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
* A naturally collaborative teammate who is proactive and solution-minded.
* A strong sense of ownership, seeing tasks through to completion even when full control is not present.

**Preferred Attributes:**

* Prior sales experience is a plus.
