Are you a champion of learning and customer empowerment? We are looking for a dedicated **Learning & Development Consultant** to play a pivotal role in shaping how customers engage with and benefit from cutting-edge technology platforms. In this exciting position, you will be the go-to expert for customer skilling programs, directly influencing effective learning outcomes and ensuring clients achieve maximum value from their technology investments. You’ll evangelize the power of education, drive adoption, and help customers unlock their full potential in an increasingly digital landscape.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned region, driving growth in new learner registrations, training bookings, and overall learning consumption targets.
* Act as an expert in learning and adoption, recommending and promoting educational resources, offerings, and programs to help customers achieve their learning goals.
* Manage customer engagement activities in collaboration with account executives and customer success managers to support the timely utilization of pre-purchased learning credits.
* Monitor the health and execution of learning programs for key accounts, developing solutions to improve outcomes and consistently tracking key performance metrics to address escalations effectively.
* Actively participate in regional strategies, working closely with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to increase the adoption of learning programs and enhance learner engagement within key markets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal projects and ongoing improvement efforts, enhancing learning programs, streamlining processes, improving customer resources, and advancing internal initiatives to meet changing needs.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Solid experience in account management, customer success, training coordination, or a related field.
* Experience working within a matrixed, global organization.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to mid-level customer stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliverables in parallel.
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with demonstrated ability to create customer-facing proposals.
* A proven ability to consolidate and interpret technical information and translate it in a meaningful way for key stakeholders.
* Experience incorporating analysis and reporting into programs.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving orientation.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Familiarity with training and certification offerings for enterprise software platforms.
* Proficiency in French or Arabic.
