In this exciting position, you’ll be at the forefront of bringing new businesses onto our innovative platform, directly contributing to their growth and our shared success. Your impact will be immediate and visible, as you help shape the initial experience of our partners, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
**What You’ll Do:**
* On-Board Hotel Partners, guiding them through every step of the integration process.
* Provide one-on-one white glove support for connectivity, content creation, and listing readiness, ensuring a seamless launch.
* Maintaining compliance and security standards.
* Respond to host inquiries with timely, high-quality support, significantly improving their onboarding experience on the platform.
* Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts, ensuring they receive ongoing support tailored to their unique needs and fostering a thriving partnership.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with our diverse partners.
* Proven experience in onboarding new partners or clients, demonstrating a knack for guiding users through complex processes.
* The ability to process sensitive information accurately.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust.
* A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer support and fostering long-term relationships.
