A civic & social organization that creates campaigning labs and new initiatives that can shift policies and change public narratives is seeking a Project Manager to assist them with an ongoing project involving a web launch

  • Project: Really big Web design/relaunch
  • Client: non-profit client involved in education, income and health
  • Start: Next week, March 11th
  • Duration: 3 Month assignment with potential to extend
  • Hours: for the first month, 40 hour work weeks. May fluctuate between 30-40 after that
  • The client would want to see links to websites you have worked on to support a launch!
  • Level: more senior, you MUST have done a web launch before
  • HUGE plus if you have worked with non-profits!
  • What they like to see:
    • agency/start-up experience
    • someone who can work in fast paced environments and move quickly
    • managed really big teams, someone used to working with strategy + creative team + talking with clients and making sure everyone is aligned
    • worked in a global office (working across timezones and functions)
  • Must be able to onboard people in a clear way
  • The project has started, so you would be coming on and taking on a work phase for a project that has started and taking that through to the end
  • Team: Project Principal (not involved in day-to-day but guides project), Project Lead (from strategy team), Project Manager, and a lot of creatives involved (3-4, spanning visual design and copy) and then the client has 5-10 people
  • Report To: Project Lead. The Head of Project Management Department will be point of contact in case you have questions
  • Software: Google Suite (Google Sheets) and TeamGantt (plus not a must!)
  • Interview Process: Talk/Meet with Resource & Operations Manager, Director of PM and Project Lead. Must be able to walk them through projects and ask them specific questions based on project
