  • Visual designer - illustrations, photography, typography, space, layouts, and color
  • Thought leader – able to digest and synthesize large amounts of information into unexpected and inspiring results

  • Designing and delivering wireframes, user journeys, and mockups for a variety of devices
  • Following a user-centric design approach and rapidly testing and iterating
  • Improving the user experience related to core functionality and new features
  • Doing the visual design for both site and non-site projects
  • Understanding and sharing current trends and best practices, both visual and functional

  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability for “ear popping”. “Ear popping means ability to move high up in terms of thinking about strategy and innovation to all the way down to rolling up your sleeves and doing the day to day execution and deliverables. We call this “ear popping”, because each of us are constantly moving up and down, which we believe is one of the best ways to learn
  • Unwavering attention to detail with an acute awareness that everything counts
  • Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs, and consumer expectations
