Position Description

This position will play a key role in helping drive client strategy and project implementation throughout new business pitches to both current and new clients, focused around word-of-mouth, social interactive and experiential.


  • Design, develop, and present comprehensive strategic online and social media plan initiatives

  • Provide leadership, direction, and relevant insights that will guide the social media efforts and integrated marketing communications planning

  • Deliver compelling competitive analysis, audience analysis, industry trends, and client-facing and internal direction to identify and address key social media challenges and solutions

  • Synthesize analysis to make powerful recommendations that drive clients to action and excite clients

  • Apply knowledge to develop social media marketing plans that add value to the brand and identify future opportunities within the social media space

  • Provide thought leadership and drive innovation across the various engagements

  • Implement strategy across social channels, monitor and optimize campaigns to drive engagement across projects

  • Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Qualified candidates will bring at least 4-6 years experience within an agency setting (2-3 years immersed in social/digital)

  • Must be able to work in a multi-discipline collaborative environment and have a deep knowledge of social media technologies, platforms, and services.

  • Team management and client facing experience a must.

  • Extremely strong leader with the ability to manage multiple initiatives

  • Demonstrate strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

  • Display a professional, detail-oriented and proactive approach
