Sr. Creative Project Manager (Financial Industry)

AQUENT is seeking at Creative Project Manager for one of our most innovative global financial clients. This is a long-term, open-ended assignment, on-site in NYC, full time (40hrs per week). 

In this role you'll be responsible for successful delivery and management of creative projects and collateral / communications for high net worth clients. 

The PM is a key point of contact for client teams, managing the successful execution of day-to-day activities on a diverse variety of projects and delivers on budget, on schedule and with superior high quality while meeting strategic objectives and all client requirements.


What you'll do:

  • Work directly with stakeholder teams to understand project request, gather requirements, define objectives, deliverables and delivery dates, plan resources and develop a clear and actionable project plan
  • Review scope of work with marketing and brand.
  • Review creative brief to ensure it has all the elements for a successful campaign/project
  • Build master schedules and detailed timelines for each project
  • Monitor the work through the client's workflow system to ensure seamless delivery
  • Efficiently and effectively manage day-to-day issues, and communicate effectively in difficult and time sensitive situations. Understand when (and why) to escalate issues. Facilitate meetings, and ensure the team receives clear direction for next steps


What you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple creative projects ,

  • File and asset management in a shared server environment with a strong understanding of required asset type by final deliverable

  • Experience working closely with Design/Creative teamsal design production is highly preferred

  • Some experience working with workflow systems

  • Experience with multi-channel environment: print, digital, presentation, video, content management

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills [PPT,  Excel, and Word)

  • Experience managing design and creative process ensuring 

  • Attention to detail is a must

  • Effective negotiation and problem solving skills required

  • Ability to be flexible with changing requirements

  • Some financial industry experience is preferred
