A large design agency client needed to put together a team of 100+ Artworkers for a 3/4 week project overseas. They requested that we find all candidates as well as project manage the process from start to finish.
The project was to begin 5 weeks from the date requested and Aquent’s tasks included finding 100 + Artworkers, conducting InDesign tests & Interviews (100+ people within 3 weeks), organising print & digital training, being involved in the selection process, organising travel and accommodation arrangements and project managing overseas.
This required strategic planning and execution. We had to quickly understand the issues that would arise when dealing with a large number of people and take sole responsibility for the process. After sourcing the highest calibre of potential studio artists, we organised testing at the client’s premises. Followed by two-day training sessions and then finally the project in the US. Our Agent travelled to the US to be the main point of contact for the studio artists and deal with all resource issues.
We are now the client’s Recruitment Partner and will continue to work with their Agency to help build and maintain their reputation in the market. We have been entrusted with the generation of their freelance pool. We maintain weekly communications with the client and we are the first point of call for Talent Delivery and consultative advice.
